We take delivery of new stock throughout the year and are happy to reserve space on a future shipment for any items that you would like to purchase which may currently be out of stock. Please contact us to discuss in more detail.

We are sorry, but because of the nature of the product, the difficulty of repacking and their limited availability we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
We offer in house delivery services throughout Florida and use trusted couriers for deliveries to all other locations.
Large and oversized pots are placed on cushioned pads, firmly secured to wooden pallets by strapping and then shrink wrapped for added protection and safety. Smaller items are carefully placed in boxes and cushioned for safe transport.
Although we package our products extremely carefully, accidents sometimes happen. All merchandise must be inspected immediately upon receipt and if any damage has occurred it should be reported to Foliage And Stone within 24 hours so that we can make arrangements to ship you a replacement.
Orders may be picked up at our warehouse in Venice, FL. If you would like to pick up, please contact us to place your order and make arrangements. Please bear in mind that the majority of our pots are large and heavy and so a suitable vehicle / trailer would be required.

Yes, our design, consultation and full planting services adds between 20-25% to the cost of the pots.
Absolutely although depending upon the scope of your project we may be able to handle everything remotely with you via telephone and email communications. Sometimes however, an in person consultation is preferable, and in such cases we will provide you a proposal to meet at your location.

Yes, The clays used by our Tuscan and Cretan workshops have a unique chemical composition which when fired at extremely high temperatures, produce some of the strongest terracotta in the world, which can be left outdoors to -15°F.
Although it is not necessary to seal our pots, there maybe a unique occasion when you might need to. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Yes. It’s a completely harmless and normal process that occurs on terracotta pots and planters. These marks may be present from the beginning or they may come to the surface after use. It occurs when moisture travels through the terracotta, bringing the natural salts and minerals from within the clay, to the surface. As the moisture evaporates, white deposits are left behind.
