Located in Venice, Florida, Foliage & Stone is a small but experienced team with huge passion for the field of architectural landscaping and garden design. Through our close working relationships with local manufacturers across Europe, we are able to import direct to Florida a range of beautiful, authentic hand-crafted terracotta pots and planters.
We aim to provide the highest levels of service to our customers and work with homeowners, businesses, architects and designers to provide consultation, design, planting and installation services throughout Florida and beyond.
Meet Simon
Born and raised in the UK, Simon has worked in the landscaping industry for over 30 years. After college and the involvement with an award-winning garden at the prestigious Chelsea Flower Show under his belt he took a one-way trip to Florida in 1994.
Putting his experience and expertise to good use, he started a successful design and construction company. By consistently providing exceptional services and products, the company flourished and over the years they had the pleasure of working on some beautiful residential projects along Florida’s east coast.
Simon sold his business in 2014 and took a hiatus while laying the groundwork for Foliage & Stone. Over time and through travels he came to establish friendships with local manufacturers of terracotta pots throughout Europe, and fell in love with the warmth, beauty and superior quality of the pots.
With a desire to make them available to others, and combining his love of design with the architectural foliage of the tropics he focused on pairing it all together. Foliage & Stone opened in 2019.
